Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked in the arts and wider creative industries in the UK and abroad. These experiences gave me an insight into different ways of living and working, and a lasting interest in how people make sense of themselves, their relationships, and the changes they encounter throughout life.
I trained initially at WPF Therapy and went on to qualify at the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF), where I gained extensive experience in psychodynamic practice.
Today, I work with people facing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, relationship problems, loss, periods of change, and a sense of feeling stuck or uncertain. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that understanding ourselves more fully can open up new possibilities for change.
I am a member of the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC), and accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I adhere to their professional and ethical standards, including ongoing supervision and continuing professional development.
You will also find me on Counselling Directory, and I am a member of the London Therapy Network.
